New Week and the House is Still Not Sold
As most of you know our house is on the market and with each day, I leave the house praying to God that it will sell. If any of you have gone through this process before you know that your house is your most private place in the world to you. To let someone who is not your family nor friend to walk through your most private place is just for a lack of a better word HARD! The process is also another story. I love our dogs and they are part of our family to me, but some people do not feel the same way. When you train your dog to protect you, but then yell at him when people he has never seen before come into his house without his owners there. It is no wonder that he barks in fright and in protection. So to help the buyers feel more at home, we have to take all three dogs out of the house and on a very long walk. Every dog loves to go on walks, but after an hour of walking even the dogs are ready to go back home. With each showing lasting two to three hours at a time, by the end of the walk we have had all the fun we need! I love that our house is showing, but can just one of these showings turn into a buyer???? And please if you are not pre- qualified do not waste my time! Each day goes by and I feel my heart sink a little more everyday their is no offer on the house. The only thing keeping me going is that I trust in God and know that he has a plan for us, and he will put us where ever he feels we need to be.
New house in Frisco
These are pictures of the model. It is the same floor plan that we will have, just with a few changes. I will post some more pictures as soon as I can...
Selling the house on Geneva Lane
Well this is our house it has been on the market since August. We have had a lot of showings but not an offer yet. It is valued at over $130,000 dollars, we first listed it at $128,900 but we dropped the price to $113,900. It really is a steal at this price. i hope it sells soon. Our new house in Frisco is being built and will probably be ready in May 2011.
